In collaboration with Velocity Capital, Design Collective has engaged in the Master Planning of the Hampton Park Development located in Largo, Maryland. The plan and Design Collective's role includes a 115,000 square-foot Office Building to serve as the new headquarters for Prince George's County Health and Human Services.
