In collaboration with Velocity Capital, Design Collective has engaged in the Master Planning of the Hampton Park Development located in Largo, Maryland. The plan and Design Collective's role includes Design Architect of facades throughout the Master Plan including Retail, Multi-Family Residential, and a Hotel.
